In a stunning display of R&B mastery, Zyah Belle has unleashed her latest EP “Are You Still Listening?” via Third & Hayden, proving once again why she’s caught the attention of industry giants like Rihanna. The Bay Area-born, Portland-based songstress delivers an eight-track journey that seamlessly blends nostalgic R&B textures with contemporary flair.
The project’s lead single “Deserve” sets the tone for what’s arguably Belle’s most confident work to date. From the groove-heavy collaboration with Ben Reilly on “About Time” to the sultry vibes of “Automatic” featuring Dende, each track showcases Belle’s evolved artistry and commanding vocal presence.
This isn’t just another R&B release – it’s a statement. Following her 2021 breakout “Who’s Listening Anyway?”, Belle has transformed from testing the waters to diving deep into her artistic expression. Her sonic evolution mirrors her bold aesthetic choices, trading her signature honey-gold locs for a striking blonde fade that perfectly captures her fearless new era.
Fresh off a sold-out North American tour, Belle continues to prove why she’s one of R&B’s most compelling voices, crafting a sound that’s both nostalgic and forward-thinking. This EP isn’t just asking if you’re still listening – it’s demanding your attention.
