In a groundbreaking release that pushes the boundaries of modern trap and cloud hop, Su has unleashed “New Ceilings Old Floors,” the lead single from the highly anticipated EP “VANTABLACK II.” The track showcases Su’s masterful ability to blend emotional depth with hard-hitting production, featuring an unexpected beat switch that catches listeners off guard in the best possible way.
The song’s atmospheric production creates a perfect backdrop for Su’s introspective lyrics, while the innovative sound design demonstrates why Lyrical Lemonade has kept this rising star on their radar. The track’s title itself serves as a metaphor for growth within familiar surroundings, a theme that resonates throughout the composition.
As the first taste of what’s to come on “VANTABLACK II,” this release positions Su as an artist who isn’t afraid to push genre boundaries while maintaining an authentic connection to the roots of trap music.
