In a powerful collision of raw talent and veteran expertise, Zimbabwe-born, London-based emcee Rhyme Assassin unleashes the cinematic visuals for his street anthem “Run Em Up (Told Ya).” The track, featuring Brooklyn rap royalty M.O.P. and Ruste Juxx, showcases the perfect blend of international flavor and authentic New York grit.
Shot in the heart of Brooklyn by Danny of Entity Studio, the visuals match the track’s high-octane energy. The Arcitype’s menacing production set the perfect stage for this explosive collaboration, with Rhyme Assassin noting, “I could only hear M.O.P. on the instrumental.” The addition of Ruste Juxx’s verse brings the perfect closing punch to this heavyweight collaboration.
“Run Em Up” serves as the second single from Rhyme Assassin’s upcoming debut album “Dedicated to Self.” The project boasts an impressive roster of features including Ras Kass, Masta Ace, Stic Man of dead prez, Saigon, and Keith Murray, with production from industry heavyweights Buckwild, Tru Master, and DJ King Flow.
