Brandon Kai

Tampa, Florida’s very own Brandon Kai is making a powerful statement with his new single “Nuff Said,” the intro track to his highly anticipated EP set for a gradual release throughout April and May. A year in the making, “Nuff Said” is an urban anthem that boasts energy, flow, cadence, songwriting, and production reminiscent of the early 2000s, bringing a touch of nostalgia to listeners with its soulful, chopped sample.

Brandon Kai, born Brandon Raymond Trujillo, has come a long way since his debut full-length EP in 2018, “In the Making.” The rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer evolved his sound, blending danceable tracks, deep cuts, and collaborations. His 2019 single “F*ck a Day Off” landed him on Vevo’s “Artists to Watch” playlist, earning recognition as a talented emerging artist.

Having signed deals with Audiio and Symphonic Distribution, Brandon Kai spent most of 2020 refining his sound and focusing on personal growth. His forthcoming EP, scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2023, promises a collection of upbeat songs penned during his time away. The project features contributions from long-time collaborator Jorge Torres, aka KNEO.

As “Nuff Said” sets the stage for Brandon Kai’s upcoming EP, fans can expect a dynamic and captivating urban sound that encapsulates the essence of the city lifestyle. Keep an ear out for this rising talent as he continues to make waves in the music industry.
