One of hip hop’s new powerful voices, Big Boss Vette, gets real on her new single “Heavy.” She bodied the track with one confession after another on top of an ominous piano and stacked 808s. “Heavy” serves as the counterpoint of her recent self-titled track “Big Boss Vette.”

Big Boss Vette is no stranger to making bangers, as she put numbers on the board with independent songs “Bad Bitch,” “Outside,” “No Fakin,” and more. Her track “Make Em Mad” soundtracked an episode of HBO’s EMMY® Award-nominated Insecure, playing during a key scene of episode 2 from season 5.
