Khamari Delivers Melodic Tune “Doctor, My Eyes”

“My eyes, I think they’re already going, cause I don’t see things too clearly…”

– quote “Doctor, My Eyes”

Los Angeles-based songster Khamari delivers a melodic tune called “Doctor, My Eyes.” In the song, Khamari sonically and emotionally documents the weight of his feeling and the loss of self-awareness.

When speaking about the track, Khamari said, “Doctor, My Eyes’ is about looking for perspective. When I wrote it, I had moved from Boston to LA and was trying to make sense of my life. A lot of things were shifting too fast to keep up with, but things I hoped would change stayed the same.”

Khamari is a multi-talented artist skilled as a vocalist, pianist, guitarist, and more. His music influences are Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder, Sly Stone, Frank Ocean, Kid Cudi, and Mac Miller.

In 2019, he released his debut RP “Eldorado.” He incorporated his inner struggles, relationship issues, and honest vision as an artist. It received critical acclaim and landed the cover of Fresh Finds on Spotify, Apple Music FEELS playlist, The New Black and Breakthrough R&B on Amazon, and as cover artist for Tidal’s Pop: Rising.

Khamari continues his hunt for timeless musicality and contemporary style without losing honest accessibility.
