“I be looking like a movie when I step up on the scene, take a picture, make a movie, put it right up on a screen…”

– quote from “Devil’s Prayer”

Kasey Marcelle comes with guns smoking in his blazing new music video, “Devil’s Prayer,” featuring rapper Dave East.

The music video produced by Digital Drip Productions is all about a big, fun party replete with beautiful, sexy girls and all the works. The music video was shot in the notorious Quadstudios NYC. ”Damn God I wonder can you save me” is the plea for help from Kasey as he is surrounded by so many temptations. From one scene to the other, it is evident that they are all having a good time. They’re playing billiards, popping expensive booze, and dancing with sexy, cute girls who just want to have fun. At this party, money is not a problem at all. It’s the place to forget about your problems and have the fun of your life.

The well-modulated tenor of Dave East’s voice as he raps out deep, witty lines smoothly melds with Kasey Marcelle’s higher-pitched melodious vocals. The upbeat tune drops in calculated cadence with the tight, hot jams as the artists deliver their lines. The song has over 14,000 views on YouTube in just the space of a fortnight since its release and promises to make even more waves.

The Brooklyn, New York rapper Kasey Marcelle is very conversant with the bright lights, fast-moving clique-ish system of New York City music and entertainment. Kasey has initially affiliated with SESAC Performing rights agency, where his skills were honed, and he learned how to be independent. Several earlier releases are credited to him, including his introductory album, “I Am Kasey Marcelle.” His goal is for the world to know his name through his music.

Dave East is a strong lyricist skilled in the art of hard-core, gritty street rap. The Harlem-based artist started making waves in the early 2010s with the release of several EPs. He was signed to Nas’ Mass Appeal label in 2014, where he worked on even more projects. He has also had collaborations with other artists like 2Chainz and Jadakiss, among others. He has had a very busy and successful career in the hip-hop industry and continues to grind to be at the top of the game.
