“We ain’t gon’ say nothing enjoy your summer, let em’ wonder …”
– quote from “Redrum”
Fast-rising St. Louis rapper, Rahli has released the visuals for his new single titled “Redrum,” On this track, which is basically an open diss and threat to anyone who tries to double-cross him, Rahli goes hard with wordplay – a testament to how much he has honed his art over time.
With an electronic beat, this track was produced by DeeMarc, and JaunShotMe directed the video. It comes on the heels of his last track, “Headhunna,” which was released in December to wrap up the year 2020.
Rahli had earlier collaborated with Kevin Gates on the track “Do Dirt Alone” and has gained recognition from HotNewHipHop and more. He was also listed in DJ Booth’s “10 Rappers You Should Know Right Now.”
Rahli’s style of music stems from his experience growing up in the streets of St. Louis. It’s been a rough life with lots of challenges, pitfalls, and lessons. He has decided to use his music as a channel to let out steam, voice his frustrations, and build a legacy.
Over the past few years, Rahli has been working towards achieving this life-long dream of becoming a global name in the music scene. He draws his motivation from people like the late Nipsey Hussle. His music has generated millions of views and streams across different platforms.
In 2019, he shut down the music scene with his debut mixtape, “Dellwood Market,” winning the hearts of thousands of music lovers. He went hard on all the tracks and released dope videos to crown them, and the world received the project with critical acclaim.
In 2020, Rahli had collaborations with Quando Rondo, Mozzy, and Duke Deuce. In one of their columns, also, Elevator Magazine wrote about him, saying, “Nothing about Rahli is regular, and absolutely nothing is inauthentic.”
