“They like Finessed, that boy is blessed…b*** I’m still here, they want me dead…”
– quote from “Want Me Dead”
Bay Area hip-hop artist Finessed is thrilling his fans once again with his latest release “Want Me Dead”.
Produced by Steppin’ Beats and directed by Ali Networks, “Want Me Dead” is a song that everyone can relate to and enjoy, especially those who know what it means to live with people hating you and not wanting you to succeed. Well, like Finessed, the best way to hit back at them is to be successful and shove it in their face.
The music video, which is based on an average night in the life of Finessed, features LA Model Tyler Charlyy @tylercharlyy and showcases the good life as he would describe it, and is shot mostly in a bedroom setting with money around him while he speaks about his lifestyle and shaming his haters who thought he wouldn’t succeed.
With over 15K views in the first week, “Want Me Dead” is yet another successful one from the promising and talented artist whose style is just as unique as they come.
The creative and talented artist, who has been in the music industry since 2016 and is currently signed with Facetious Records, released his first full length album “Can’t Stop This” in January 2019, which made over 30K streams just in the first month after its release. He followed through shortly after with a dope EP he titled “Blast Off”.
For the Cali artist who is climbing quickly up the steps of success in the industry, music has always and will always be something he is passionate about. He desires to make songs that inspire people to live their lives to the fullest even as he works hard to make music that will top the charts.
A promoter of love and peace, Finessed has made it his message to “always spread love and stop the hate”.
Speaking on the inspiration behind his songs, Finessed says “I have respect and influence from every genre which you can hear in my music and I never want to stick to a particular style, I consider myself a diverse artist.”
Finessed is currently working on other projects and very possibly another full length album.
You can stream and listen to “Want Me Dead” on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Pandora, Deezer, Amazon, Tidal, iTunes, Napster and other media platforms. Check out his other songs while you’re at it and leave a comment below.
